Methodology and Editorial Standards

How Universe of Crypto will make its guides and plans its research: AI assistance, human review, sources, and corrections. No research has been published yet.

Where things stand

Research standards

Every report is planned to disclose:

  • the data window and a timestamp,
  • the data sources and how they were obtained,
  • the methodology and calculations,
  • assumptions and limitations, and
  • the relevant risks.

Where a report uses market data, the intended practices are:

  • adjusted prices for equities where appropriate, and consistent trading calendars;
  • point-in-time data, so results do not use information that was not available at the time;
  • explicit handling of missing observations, rather than silent filling;
  • calculations done by deterministic, repeatable software, so results can be reproduced.

What the research will and will not say

  • Historical correlation is never presented as proof of causation or as a prediction of future returns.
  • Descriptive findings (what happened) are kept separate from predictive claims.
  • Hypothetical allocations illustrate historical risk and return. They are not recommendations for any person.
  • No price targets, guaranteed-return claims, or personalized advice.

Planned research products

These are planned topics. None has been produced.

  • BTC compared with crypto stocks: beta, rolling correlation, relative returns, volatility, and drawdowns.
  • Crypto ETF comparisons: fees, structure, tracking differences, and liquidity.
  • Market regime studies: how volatility, trend, and liquidity have related historically.
  • Operating fundamentals of crypto-related companies.
  • On-chain indicators, subject to data availability.
  • Weekly ecosystem reviews and historical event studies.
  • A hypothetical portfolio exposure calculator.

How our guides will be made

What the site publishes at launch. The core information pages only. No educational guides and no research are published at launch; three guides are in preparation. Guides, once published, are planned to explain how things work and to contain no prices, forecasts, recommendations, affiliate links, sponsorships, advertising or paid placements. The research products described above are planned and are not published.

Who writes and reviews. Guides will carry the byline Universe of Crypto Editorial Team. The site is operated by Interadtive Media LLC. A guide is to be published only after a person at Interadtive Media LLC has reviewed it and the review has been recorded. The reviewer’s identity will be kept in internal records; a reviewed guide will show the date of review.

How AI is used. AI tools assist with research, drafting and automated source comparisons: finding and reading public sources, drafting and editing text, and running automated searches that compare statements with the wording of a source. AI does not independently verify accuracy, does not approve anything and does not publish. AI can misread a source, overstate a point or get a detail wrong, and an automated comparison shows only that wording appears in a source, not that a statement is complete, current or correctly interpreted.

What review means. In the planned process, the reviewer is to open each cited source, compare it with the statements attributed to it, and approve, change or remove each statement. Nothing on this page says that any guide has yet been reviewed.

Sources. Guides are planned to cite primary or official documentation, such as protocol documentation and publications of government and regulatory bodies. Plain-language explanations and analogies that no source states are meant to read as explanation, and worked examples use invented numbers and say so.

Editorial process and AI assistance

Current practice

  • The text and code of this website were drafted with the help of AI tools. AI did not independently verify the accuracy of any statement.
  • No research or data analysis has been published, so there is no published research whose process could be described.
  • The site owner reviewed this site’s public text on October 24, 2026. These pages have not been reviewed by legal counsel.

Intended process for future research (planned, not yet in operation)

  1. A research question will be chosen and checked for data feasibility.
  2. Figures are either computed by deterministic software from documented data, or copied from the cited source text and located there by an independent check. AI is never used to invent, estimate or fill in a figure.
  3. Outputs are to be validated before anyone writes about them. For research built from filings, an independent check is to confirm that each statement’s text appears in the cited filing. That is exact-text verification only: it does not establish that a statement is complete, current or correctly interpreted. No research has been published yet, so no such validation has been completed for any piece.
  4. AI-assisted extraction, independent exact-text verification and human editorial judgement are separate steps, and none substitutes for another. AI tools may extract and draft; the drafted explanation is to stay tied to the validated outputs.
  5. An authorized human reviewer is to check each statement against a ten-item checklist and approve or reject it individually:
    1. Every statement is traced to a named source, form, date and period; for filing text it is also located there by the independent exact-text check.
    2. Units, periods and dates are checked and shown with each figure.
    3. Missing, restated or non-comparable values are flagged, and each gap says what was searched or extracted.
    4. Historical statements, such as past fee waivers, are kept apart from current terms.
    5. Required disclosures are present, including conflicts and relationships as confirmed by the owner.
    6. No prediction, recommendation, ranking or advice.
    7. AI assistance is declared and described.
    8. The source license is confirmed for display.
    9. Freshness is reviewed against the archived filing list.
    10. The reviewer is an identifiable, authorized human, verified by signing key.
  6. Approvals are to be recorded in a signed approval record. AI assistance and automated checks never approve anything. There is no autonomous publishing.
  7. Freshness is to be judged from filing dates. Before final approval, and again before publication, the archived filing list is to be checked for newer filings. A newer filing triggers a documented assessment, not automatic rejection of historical statements. Each refresh is a separate written authorization. Provisional editorial review thresholds are 7 days of grace, 60 days to “stale”, and a maximum age of 15 months; they are not verified SEC filing deadlines. Market-dependent content that is out of date is refreshed, marked as out of date, or retired.

Reviewers are to be individually authorized and recorded in internal, access-controlled records; the public attribution is Interadtive Media LLC — Editorial Review. Each research piece is to state its AI assistance in this form once its review has actually happened: “Prepared with AI assistance (Claude). Each statement was located in the cited filing by an independent automated check and reviewed by Interadtive Media LLC — Editorial Review on [date of final review].” The date is the reviewer’s own record, not an independently verified timestamp. This section does not mean that any piece has yet been reviewed.

Accountability and escalation (adopted policy; not yet operating)

Interadtive Media LLC is accountable for what it publishes. The reviewer decides whether a reported statement is an error. If the reviewer and the owner disagree, or a report raises a legal, regulatory or conflict-of-interest question, the owner decides, with counsel where legal advice is needed. An unresolved material discrepancy blocks publication. A statement that may mislead is withdrawn first and corrected afterwards. The owner alone authorizes publication and withdrawal.

Corrections and updates policy

Reporting an error

Suspected errors in anything on this site can be reported to contact@universeofcrypto.com. Please include the page address, what is wrong, and a source if you have one. Reports are read and handled by the site owner. We aim to review them promptly and do not publish or guarantee response times.

Approach

  • Corrections fix errors of fact, data, or calculation. Updates add new information or refresh data. They are labeled differently.
  • A material correction is documented on the page itself. The note states what was wrong, what changed, and when. Silent edits to material content are not intended.
  • Where a correction changes a result or conclusion, the earlier version’s change is described, not hidden.
  • Published and last-updated dates appear on each report.
  • Market-dependent content that is out of date is refreshed, marked as out of date, or retired.
  • Minor fixes such as typos and formatting may be made without a note.
  • Errors found before publication are corrected and kept in our internal record. Nothing wrong was published, so they are not listed as published corrections.

A correction is material if it changes a number, fee, fee base, custodian or custody arrangement, waiver, classification, period, source, or an interpretation a reader might act on. Typos, formatting, link repairs and wording changes that do not alter meaning are not material.
